Special Assessment Payments 
 
1. When there is a special assessment, the monthly payment for special assessment is due on the 1st day of each month, and considered late after the 15th day of the month. 

2. Payments must be delivered to the office of Winston Towers 100. Do not mail along with your maintenance.

 
3. Assessment payment cannot be deducted by auto-pay together with maintenance payment. 
 
A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed to all the payments received after the 15th.
